Marcos Gallego has an extensive experience of almost 20 years as Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability consultant, and he is now Senior Partner Lead for Performance and Assurance Services in Environmental Resources Management (ERM). Marcos is specialized in helping companies to improve their operational excellence by assisting them in managing emerging risks and by improving and minimizing the impact on the business of the risks associated with sustainability performance. As part of his professional activity, he assists some multinationals of the Oil & Gas and mining industries in Europe, Africa and the Americas.

Dr. Marcos Gallego has a PhD in Petrology and Geochemistry by Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He has also a Master in Environmental Management and Engineering (EOI, Spain) and has complemented his education in several disciplines, including a Management Course at INSEAD (France).
